I like every single Shimmertastic, but Blue Pearl is my very favorite. It’s a medium blue with silver particles, with shading and sheen.
A friend had an inspiration about Blue Pearl, noting that it looked similar to Diamine Blue Velvet.

Fountain Pen Follies 
They are definitely close enough to make you wonder whether they used Blue Velvet as a base. But the Blue Pearl is definitely more than Blue Velvet with added glitter. Both great looking inks though!
