Sheaffer PFM Green with medium nib. I’m still rocking the holiday inks.
Here, it’s Kaweco Palm Green. In contrast to the more sophisticated Garnet Red ink that I filled last week, Kaweco Palm Green is an unabashedly kid-friendly color.
It’s the one your kindergarten-aged self would have pulled from the crayon box to color in the Christmas tree, on the construction-paper card you were making for mom.
And it reminds me of gum drops.
Great match-up!

*Sorry, Hofkwartier Groen. I switched back to English just a little too soon.

The Kaweco Palm Green is a great match for a green PFM. I have tried two other inks in my green PFM III: Noodlers Gruene Cactus Eel and Akkerman Hofkwartier Green. Both matched up very well and I think you would like them in this excellent pen.

My favorite green ink is Caran d’Ache Delicate Green, but that was a little dry for the pen. I haven’t decided if I’m going to stick with greens or just go to a standard blue ink. There’s something about the Pen For Me that says “everyday writer” to me.
(I suppose I should worry that my pen is saying things to me. But it occurs to me, maybe it will start passing along killer stock tips.)

The Pen For Me and the Christmas tree green ink look made for each other. But you still need the Garnet Red for your holly berries:)

I love the combo! I am green with envy, pardon the pun… 🙂
